Who I Am

Hi, I’m Harish Adithya — a practitioner working at the intersection of public policy design, institutional reform, and frontline delivery.

My work lives at the meeting point of strategy and street-level action. I’ve helped state governments design leadership programs, run system diagnostics, track spending, and implement reforms that move beyond paper.

What I Do

Right now, I’m leading the transformation of SIEMAT Andhra Pradesh into a Center of Excellence — part of the World Bank-supported SALT Project.

Before this, I worked in Bihar, helping digitize rural health systems. I’ve built an AI chatbot to assist internal teams, redesigned fellowships, facilitated action-research workshops, and managed cross-functional program rollouts in education and health.

Why This Site Exists

Big ideas often fall apart on their journey from document to delivery.

This space is my notebook from that gap. I document the practical fixes and thoughtful designs that keep the public promise intact — as it travels from a policy note to a classroom or clinic.
